Four Months..... Already?

Hello Family and Friends -
It has been four months since Sam graced us with his presence. We can't believe how fast time flies but I took a few minutes today and went back to the beginning of this blog and can't believe how much he has changed. It's unbelieveable and those first posts seem like forever ago.

We are having so much fun together. Grandma Lois left on February 26th. She spoiled us.... she did our laundry, made our bed, ironed, cleaned, scrubbed, organized - man; life was easy for us!!! Life got serious the day she left - I was doing laundry all weekend... our bed got made once... but I was able to clean the house by Monday! Thanks, Mom for all your help. I know Sam enjoyed having you here as did we. P.S... it was 80 here today - Do you miss us?

Michele and Logan flew out on Friday and stayed with us before going out to G&G Olson's. Chad, Sam and I walked in the American Heart Associaton's 5K on Saturday morning. Sam did great - he kept a good pace and was able to make it through the finish line with his eyes closed. He slept the last mile or so. The day was gorgeous - we enjoyed being outside so much we spent the entire rest of the day outside. We brought out everything we needed - the bouncy chair, blankets, bottles and the swing. We ordered pizza and just relaxed.

Grandma Olson started her duty and has been running full time for a few days now. I think they are enjoying spending some one on one time together!

Sam goes back in on Monday for some immunizations. I'm guessing he'll be about 21lbs. He's big and tall. I can't believe he is in 9-12 month clothes.

He is smiling all the time now, giggles from time to time, he's talking all the time. He's loud - he screams. I'm sure he'll annoy us in the years to come - but right now it's a beautiful sound!
